1 Rules The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 except where specified otherwise in the Sailing Instructions. PDFs will be worn by all competitors. This changes RRS 40.
2 ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
2.1 The Ipswich Bay Laser Championship is open to all competitors. There will be one class.
2.2 Boats may enter by completing the registration form and sending it, with the required fee, to Race/Sail, Annisquam Yacht Club, 17 River Road, Annisquam, MA 01930. Entries must be received no later than Friday, August 12, 2011.
3 FEES $15 ($20 for non-US Sailing members)

Post racing Awards and Refreshments
5 SAILING INSTRUCTIONS Sailing Instructions will be available at check-in on the day of the regatta.
6 SCORING
6.1 The Low Point System as defined in RRS Appendix A will be used.
6.2 When 6 or more races have been completed, a boat’s worst score will be discarded.
7 Prizes Prizes will be awarded for first through third place. In order to receive a prize, you must beat at least one competitor. A permanent trophy will be engraved with the winner’s name. This trophy will be kept at the Annisquam Yacht Club.
